Request Flight Approval

Modeled on the Drone Operations Approval Memo format -- fill this out before the flight so the JCC Director/Air Boss have what they need to approve it. Only the flight window (start/end) is required -- fill in whatever else you know and leave the rest blank. It also registers the flight as known/approved: when a UAS contact is later logged with a matching serial number, it's auto-classified as Confirmed Friendly on the tracker instead of needing to be re-verified.
